The answers are interlocked into one connected grid and numbered the standard way, and a program checks that every across and down run is exactly one of your answers, with no stray letters. You get a PDF: the crossword with your title, dedication and clues, and an answer key.

Every word is placed once and the whole grid is checked so each one can be found exactly once, running forwards, backwards, up, down or diagonally. The filler letters are checked so they never spell anything rude. The PDF has your puzzle page and an answer page.
